I have successfully completed the following projects using Microsoft Access based applications:-

• A customer database for a landscape gardening company to manage various information such as contact details, job progress and business statistics.
• A database to handle the child sponsorship scheme for a missionary organisation to manage all the data relating to children, sponsors and payments.

I am able to undertake other projects of this kind. Alternatively if you would prefer a web based solution for accessibility from multiple locations and/or you would like a lower cost solution than MS Access, I can also provide web based solutions using a browser interface.
